Anna thought about it and a grin started to appear as she nodded her approval. "Of course! I can't marry Lord Pompus Ass if I'm already married!! It's brillant Jack." She said excited then a thought came to her.
"But what if you're caught?" She asked softly.

Jack stared out over the sea. Anna was within his reach and he couldn't do a damn thing about it. They would be married in fakeness only. He would get none of the perks and that would be it. After he father disowned her, she would settle elsewhere and make a new life.

Anna set to work on the ring and soon it slid right off. Once her father disowned her, she was going to ask Jack to teach her how to be a pirate. She wanted the freedom she had been denied.

Jack sent a man to row ashore and fetch the priest from Tortuga. He and Anna would be 'married' on the Pearl. He didn't want to risk going ashore with her on Tortuga

Anna came out on deck. "Jack!" She called happily moving non to gracefully with the yards of fabric from her rather impractical dress she wore.
