I'm back from my holidays. It didn't snow, but they had these machines that can make snow, so the slopes were alright for snowboarding.
I really had a great time, and I got to ride in a hot air balloon, which was a late birthday present. It was simply amazing.

Saralonde--Welcome back!! Yay for the snow makers so you could go snowboarding like you wanted. I know it is a lot of fun. Wow!! a hot air balloon. I'm not sure if I would have enough nerve to try it since I am deathly afraid of heights. You never know.....

Ilona! Welcome back, luv. I'm glad you had a good vacation. You probably now need a vacation from your vacation lol. I've wanted to go on a hot air balloon for a while. Do you have a guide with you or they just leave you in it to your own devices?

... A hot air balloon? Oh, those are so much fun. I'm glad that you enjoyed your vacation. I haven't gone snowboarding in a while...in fact, I think if I did go snowboarding, I'd fall on my face again. =)

We had a guide with us in the balloon and I was glad about it because I wouldn't have known how to ride the balloon or how to do the landing. It's amazing how many people fit in there, we were seven tourists and the guide and we were squeezed together, but it was so much fun.
About snowboarding: I fell on my face last year and got a black eye. I somehow managed to hit my eye with my elbow, don't ask me how I did it. This year, I was more lucky, I only fell on my knees a few times, which are now a funny shade between purple and green, but at least it doesn't hurt that much.

Gotta love skiing and snowboarding because you're always taking a risk. The last time I went to Lake Tahoe I almost sled into a freezing lake and my boyfriend almost skiied straight into a tree. Both times we had to be tackled by others to stop us.
The hot ballon sounds like fun I really want to go on one but I've never seen them around where I live. I guess it will have to wait for a vacation.

Well....I didn't know I was going to be away...but I'm back.
Spent the last two weeks mother-sitting.
My dear brother is still in the hospital...taking smaller-baby-steps ahead in recovering (heart transplant surgery in November).
My mother, being 76 with two fake hips, CANNOT under order of all children, drive to NYC from NJ by herself.
So...I played Mommy-shuttle for 14 days!
Weee...so much fun....
Now I know why I left Jersey and went to PA....TRAFFIC!!!
But...I"m back...

Yay TML Mummy is back!!! Wooo!
I'm going on holiday from the 31st until I think the 11th April, which means i leave this saturday early morning. I'm going to Sweden on a relative visit, what fun, though its always nice to see them, to see them... nice!

Hey guys,
Just letting everyone know:
Friday I'm boarding a plane heading for Spain...where rain apparently falls mainly on the plain.....
heh heh heh...corny yes, but I couldn't resist.
I'll be back late the Saturday before Easter. I'll be missing the Lair since I try and check it at least once a day if possible.

Hello loves, I'm back.
Spain was amazing and as soon as I download all of my pictures, it'll be show and tell time.
Mi caballero and I had a blast and I'm hoping that we may actually start this weird thing called dating. The one night, he hung out with me in my room until 2 am because I couldn't take my sleeping pills for the insomnia. (Seeing as how we had to get up at 5 in the morning) So, I missed evertone and hope that you all are having a marvelous Easter or Holiday as I go about snooping around to catch up on all I missed.
