It was my favorite out the Mariachi trilogy. Sands was an awesome character and he is by far one of my favorite Johnny characters. He was cocky and funny in his own way. Johnny, in my opinion did the best acting job in the entire movie. He was supposed to be the anti-hero but I loved him the entire movie and seriously felt bad when he got his eyes gauged out. Tears came to my own and I am not even kidding.
Raiting: 4.5 out of 5 stars

Nikki, when I come down, beat me for forgetting to add this movie to the review.
This is one of my favs of Johnnys and the character is so much fun to write about.
Okay, I'll have to finish my review later. I'm being beckoned to another site....*clears throat*...NIKKI!

I loved this movie. It's not one of those movies that you can just figure out like ((snaps)) that, which for me is a def. plus. I loved how much of an ass Sands is. -And- Antonio Banderas is in it as well, skizzoreo!
Rating 4.34 outta 5

Sands and El are the only things I love from this movie, other than that, is really confusing. I hated it when they tore out his eyes, my poor baby. I so love reading Sands fan fic, that man is sex on two legs.

I love this movie. I have to admit the first few times I watched it I had NO idea what was going on. I only liked it because Johnny Depp was in it and he was funny. After I watched it a few times however I finally understood the plot. IUt's a very good story which Depp gives an amazing depth to by how he plays Sands.
I also loved Desperado I think it's such a sweet but sad movie. I know Depp wasn't the main character but yet again he manages to upstage everyone without it being his intend. He added such depth to Sands moving it beyong 'the badddie or the cop' which I think is really all he would have been if George Clooney was to play Sands as was originally suggested.
Depp just has a way of adding such depth to characters. I think he out did himself with Sands he made him fasinating and me wishing they would make a sequel to ouatim following Sands.

i just watched it for the first time the other day and i doubt i would have been able to understand it except that my dad watches confusing movies like that all the time. I loved it, and it'll probably be my favorite movie for a week or so. Personaly i loved the whole thing about the kid that kept tryin to sell him gum.
