Random vs. Ordered Idiocy

Anywho while I was so -diligently- searching for a shackle smiley for Nikki I stumbled across a forum that had an interesting spam concept. They have a special thread for (and I quote) "Ordered Idiocy" and another for "Random Idiocy"...~.~ erm...okay? Someone mind explaining me what exactly should go into the first one versus the seond? ('Cause I really couldn't figure it out by looking at their topics...they all seemed kinda Random to me...)

I'm taking a shot in the dark but I guess ordered idiocy would be that you keep to whatever spam thread was started and don't get off topic while random is just a free for all.
